Asst. Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate & experienced Asst. Sales Manager to join our organization "The First Home”. The responsibilities for the said position will include new business development, generate leads, make sales calls, continuously update our CRM database, and meet sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • The main role is to generate leads, develop new business clientele and turn them into our potential customers by convincing them to buy our available properties.
  • Handling customer visits at the project site and bringing it to closure.
  • Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
  • Excellent in selling properties.
  • Support in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Timely maintaining property management and agreements of clients.
  • Take care of Registration of Sold Units.
  • Handle customer's payment issues.
  • Handle marketing related issues.
  • Professional services background.
  • Solid Business Development and Marketing experience.
  • Real Estate knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.

  • Real Estate selling experience must.

Telesales Executives (Female)

We are looking for energetic CRM Telesales Executives (Female) to join our organization "The First Home". The responsibilities for the said position will include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting the targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Call new potential customers and explain to them about the projects.
  • Call/ Follow up with interested customers who have shown their interest in our projects.
  • Generate potential leads through cold calling.
  • Call interested customers and schedule their site visit in coordination with the sales team.
  • Answer calls and assess customers' needs/ enquiries and handle/ route accordingly.
  • Update potential customers about the projects and services offering on current and upcoming residential/ commercial projects.
  • Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into the call support database.
Desired profile of the candidate skills:
  • Only female candidates are required for the said position.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.
